Return & Refund Policy

At Brewmancer Woodworks, each item is made in small batches using hand-selected hardwood. Because of this, we aim to be clear and fair about returns while respecting the time and care that goes into every piece.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are made from natural wood, variation in grain, color, and figure is expected and is not considered a defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Each piece is made from real hardwood, and no two items are exactly alike. Variations in grain, color, and pattern are a defining part of the material and craftsmanship, and do not qualify as defects.
