Products & Materials

All products are made in small batches using real hardwood. Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, color, and figure are normal and expected. Product photos are examples only and may not exactly match the item you receive.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Before starting a custom order, we encourage you to review all details carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your billing and shipping information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or order volume. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
