Shipping Policy

At Brewmancer Woodworks, each item is made or prepared in small batches with care. Below you’ll find clear information about how and when orders ship.

Processing Time

Most items are ready to ship and will be processed within 1–3 business days.

For items marked as made-to-order or custom, processing times will be clearly stated on the product page. Custom items begin production after an order is placed.

Processing time refers to the time before an order ships and does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship within the United States.

Transit Times

Transit times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship promptly, Brewmancer Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our shop.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need help, feel free to reach out and we’ll do what we can.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
